Terms

• Please fill in all mandatory fields (*).
• When you send us the return request below, we will process the shipment and provide you with a return package code.
• The money will be refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
• The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the moment the returned products reach us.
• Return by DPD or OMNIVA parcel service for 1,99€. When making a refund payment, 1,99€ will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
